Joe Kelly is a media migration industry expert having over 25 years experience working in television broadcasting, video production, media preservation and archiving.

Significantly Joe spent 9 years with the National Film and Sound Archive (NFSA), 3 years of which were in the capacity of Head of Preservation and Technical Services. During his time in this senior role, at the NFSA, Joe further developed and enhanced his unique skills and knowledge in the highly specialised areas of preservation, migration and asset management.

Joe has also been a successful presenter on the international conference circuit and published journal articles on video and film preservation, as well as providing preservation training seminars to a range of national and international organisations.
