Silver Trak Digital has established three media migration centres in Canberra, Sydney and Auckland.

Due to its R&D department, our Canberra facility is often referred to as our "centre of excellence" however, all three centres provide our full range of media migration services.

Each migration facility is in constant contact with Australia’s major museums, galleries, libraries and archives, and has experts in media collection management and digital asset management.

At each facility, we can conserve, clean and reproduce virtually any video format, encode to a variety of different file outputs and deliver your new collection back to you on your choice of media for ingest into your existing Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Alternatively, we can build a new DAM solution for you if you require one.

Our media migration specialists are experts in analogue and digital videotape operations, video encoding/transcoding and the handling and processing of original archival collections.
